This device was developed for gymetrics. It allows to check the temperature of 6 wells in a 96 well plate for quality control of a laboratory equipment.
Each probe (Pt100) element was trapped with epoxy resin in a glass tube and mounted on a custom flexible PCB.
The system was completely insulated in silicone for liquid handling.
The system is particular in that the green silicone part also hides an heating element.
A software running under windows was developed to allow computer interfacing and continuous recording of the temperatures.
