Recently, I discovered an efficient method for fabricating fluidic systems using a laser cutter. This technique involves cutting multiple sheets of plexiglass (PMMA) and assembling them through capillary infiltration of dichloromethane or chloroform. I conducted various tests with a setup comprising three sheets: one for the channel and two for sealing it. This approach streamlines the process of creating precise and functional fluidic systems.
