As chaotic as it may seem, from my perspective, prototyping is most effective when multiple scientific fields are intertwined in the same space. These are the environments where I study, invent, and create prototypes, not only for my clients but also for my personal projects. My office is filled with computers, microcontrollers, electronic components, and various equipment (microscopes, spectrometers, etc.), while my workshop is dedicated to mechanics, 3D printing, material processing, and chemistry. This convergence of technical fields is the birthplace of inventions and new processes.
My workspace allows :
- Mechanical parts design and prototyping (FDM, CNC, lathe, ...)
- Electronic design and prototyping (CAD, PCB, SMD, ...)
- Chemistry tinkering
- Optical microscopy
- Image and data analysis
- Chemical modeling (thermodynamics, kinetics)
- Programming (Python, C, Octave, Matlab, ...)
- Tinkering
